Our homes offer a wide range of activties and trips tailored to our residents preferences and interested. This includes a range of trips to local attractions, cinema nights, exercise classes to improve wellbeing, through to live performances from musicians and bands, and pets visiting the home.
Kendal Care Home could not let this day go amiss, celebrating in true style from waffles with toffee sauce to ice cream and whipped cream, all with a selection of fresh fruit if you wanted. A true taste sensation!
A wonderful day of song was had by all at Heron Hill Care Home with the fantastic Rachel Mercer who performed an amazing concert in the garden for our residents. We all enjoyed the chance for a sing a long and even a bit of a dance!

Our Team at Kendal Care Home cooked up a wonderful lunchtime menu for all our residents to enjoy, from home made soda bread, Guinness beef stew to a mouth watering Baileys Cheesecake!

At Heron Hill Care Home really did get into the spirit of Red Nose day 2021. With our residents having lots of giggles and fun as our amazing staff team dressed up as their favourite superheroes. There was Batman, Wonderwoman, Activity Girl, Superman, Captain Underpants, Catwoman, The Blackwidow and Bananaman just to name a few.
Today was a special day for one of our amazing resident’s at Abbey Lodge Care Home. Ms Nancy Roach celebrated her 104th Birthday! A little bird told us that you are a bit of a chocoholic…. Hope you enjoyed your cake. Here’s to many more years with love from us all x
