With over 40 years of experience in healthcare, Pervine began her career as a carer before qualifying as an Enrolled Nurse and later progressing to become a Registered Nurse. Throughout her journey, she has been guided by a deep passion for Person-Centred Care and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
Pervine holds an NVQ Level 4 in Management and has completed specialist training in Dementia Care. Her extensive experience also includes working in Rheumatology Care, with a particular interest in Tissue Viability, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with complex care needs.
For the past 25 years, Pervine has dedicated her career to working in care home settings, where she takes great pride in promoting the well-being, dignity, and quality of life of each resident. Her work is driven by a commitment to holistic, respectful care and a strong belief in supporting individuals to live well at every stage of life.
