Meet the manager

My name is Jayms Bell and I am the Registered Home Manager at Farnworth Care Home. Having completed my mental health nurse qualification in 2007, I have worked in the older adults’ private sector, predominantly supporting people living with a dementia. I was inspired to take up this role after experiencing first-hand, poor care provided to my grandfather. This gave me the passion and drive to make people’s lives that little bit better and to ensure that nobody within my care would have to go through a similar experience to ours.

Throughout my career this passion for providing good quality, kind, person-centred care has continued to grow enabling me to lead and inspire the incredible team I work with to ensure that our Residents are at the centre of everything we do.
