Meet the manager

Judith brings more than 35 years of experience in health and social care to her role as Care Home Manager at Elmcroft Care Home. She holds her Registered Managers Award (RMA) and Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care and has managed nursing, residential and dementia care services across Suffolk and Essex.

Throughout her career, Judith has successfully led teams through positive cultural change, service improvements, refurbishment programmes and CQC inspections. One of her proudest achievements was leading a team to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating.

Passionate about person-centred care, Judith believes every resident should be treated with dignity, compassion and respect, with their individual life story, choices and aspirations at the heart of their care.

She is committed to creating a warm and welcoming home where residents feel valued, supported and able to live with purpose and independence. Judith is delighted to be leading the team at Elmcroft and looks forward to working with residents, families and colleagues to provide the highest standard of care and wellbeing.
