I have been a qualified nurse since 1996, beginning my career in the NHS, where I gained valuable experience in Trauma Orthopaedics before transitioning to the Emergency Assessment Unit.
In 2010, I moved into the social care sector as a Home Manager, where I have had the privilege of managing a variety of services, including multi-site operations.
Since joining Abbey Healthcare in 2018, I have held roles as both a Home Manager and a member of the Operations Team, focusing on Quality and Compliance.
I am deeply passionate about maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring that resident choice is always respected. I take pride in supporting and upskilling my team, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
