On the 25th November a nativity play with a difference took to the stage. The story was a took on a modern and more up to date twist being in Hamilton during the Covid Pandemic.
The idea of such a production was a collaboration of two staff members both who work on rehabilitation units, Charlene Brannan of our Abbeydale Court and George Pugh of the neighboring Care Home, Douglas View and all parts were played by the residents and staff from both care homes.
This was an amazing venture and after weeks rehearsals they took to stage for a performance of a lifetime but not before listening to a personal good luck message video from Mr Kevin Stewart MSP, for Mental Well-being and Social Care.
