Residents at Aarandale Manor recently took part in our uplifting Winter Wellness Programme, designed to support both physical health and emotional wellbeing during the colder months.
The programme featured inspiring and interactive sessions led by two wonderful professionals who regularly work with our residents — James Lewis, Personal Trainer, and Nikita Shah, Wellbeing Practitioner.
James delivered an informative and engaging talk on the importance of maintaining good nutrition throughout winter. He shared practical tips on boosting immunity, staying energised, and making healthy food choices during colder days.
Following the session, residents enjoyed a hands-on activity where they created their own vitamin-rich fruit salads. This fun and social experience encouraged creativity, healthy eating, and plenty of smiles all around.
Nikita led a calming and empowering wellbeing workshop focused on nurturing both the body and mind. Through gentle exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices, residents were supported in improving their emotional balance and overall wellbeing.
The session was thoroughly enjoyed, leaving residents feeling relaxed, refreshed, and positive.

Both James and Nikita regularly deliver sessions at Aarandale Manor, providing continuous support to help our residents feel confident, healthy, and happy. Their dedication ensures that residents receive consistent wellbeing boosts and feel truly cared for.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to James and Nikita for their passion, professionalism, and ongoing commitment to our community.
At Aarandale Manor, we remain dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life — no matter the season.
