In line with government guidelines and the easing of lockdown, we are so pleased to announce that we are now welcoming visitors back into our gardens or new visitor’s rooms to see their loved ones subject to any local lockdowns.

We recognise that the lockdown has been very difficult for you and your loved ones over the past few months and we understand how important they are for all of those within a care home setting

Our priority continues to be for the health and safety and wellbeing of your loved ones and our staff by reducing the risk of coronavirus transmission within our care homes and prevent future outbreaks. Therefore, the following risk assessments have been carried out and visiting procedures put in place as follows: –

      • Prior to any visits taking place you will asked to sign and return to the care home a “Visitors Charter”. Please note that unless returned ahead of your visit your visit will not be permitted.
