At Aarandale Manor, we believe food should be as joyful as it is nourishing—and our recent Spring Menu Tasting Session was a beautiful celebration of that philosophy.
Our residents were treated to an afternoon of flavour, creativity, and togetherness as our talented chefs unveiled their new spring menu, bursting with seasonal colours and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From light, zesty starters to warm, comforting mains and delicate desserts, each dish was a work of art—both on the plate and to the palate.
The tasting session wasn’t just about sampling—it was about listening. Residents shared their feedback, preferences, and ideas, helping our chefs tailor the menu to the tastes of those who matter most.
Highlights included a refreshing garden pea and mint soup, honey-glazed chicken with spring vegetables, and a beautifully plated elderflower panna cotta with fresh berries. Each dish was a celebration of the season, crafted with care and presented with flair.
The dining room buzzed with excitement, laughter, and shared stories as residents discussed their favourites and offered glowing compliments to the kitchen team. Events like this are a testament to the vibrant life at Aarandale Manor, where every meal is an opportunity to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the finer things in life. A huge thank you to our amazing chefs for their passion and artistry—you’ve truly brought spring to the table!
We can’t wait to continue these culinary journeys with more tastings, themed dinners, and of course, our cherished afternoon teas and wine evenings.
