Well done to our amazing team at Heron Hill Care Home, rated GOOD in all areas following a CQC inspection at the beginning March 2023.
Comments made from the inspectors in their report, which drew particular attention to the strong team in place, noting “The registered manager was creative in promoting working in the home as a career, to attract and retain staff”
Relatives that were also interviewed by the inspectors, gave comments such as “I would definitely recommend the home”, “We are really Happy” and other comments such as “the home is fantastic”
Truly deserve to celebrate.
