What an absolute treat it has been again this year, with the most amazing cake entries from our care homes. There were snowmen, sleighs, Christmas trees and even an ode to a house which lit up as well! So many creative and wonderful designs, the judges had a very hard job. However, there can only be one winner and this years Official Christmas Cake Baking Team goes to our Abbey Lodge Care Home in East Kilbride,followed in 2nd Place Abbeydale Court Care Home in Hamilton and in 3rd Place Cromwell House Care Home in Huntingdon.
Well done teams, they all look to good to eat but I know how much our residents are going to love them.
